Complex Cases: Incorporating GLP-1 RAs into the Holistic Management of Type 2 Diabetes

This breakfast symposium, to be held at ENDO 2025, will provide learners with case-based, expert-led education focused on optimizing the use of GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs) in the management of type 2 diabetes (T2D). Despite their proven efficacy in glycemic control, cardiovascular risk reduction, and weight management, GLP-1 RAs remain underused due to knowledge and practice gaps. Through an engaging, conversational format that integrates storytelling, interactive learning, and real-world clinical scenarios, this activity will enhance learner competence in evaluating current and emerging GLP-1 RAs, understanding their mechanisms and extra-glycemic benefits, and confidently applying evidence-based strategies to personalize T2D treatment plans.
